Thinking

So, I really like my job, but I know that I am never going to be able to advance and learn more while I am here. I am really considering moving on to a new position.

I'd like to be a recruiter, but I am very nervous about the idea of leaving a salaried position to one that is primarily commission based. At the same time I know that it will pay off to be a recruiter, I'm just nervous about paying my bills until the commission starts to pay off.

The other part of me thinks that I should stick around for the summer because I can continue to go to baseball games with good seats....

There are many more issues involved here, but I don't want to go into them right now.
