Inappropriate Comments

My Dad wants grandkids very badly. He has already told my brother-in-law, "I've decided that if you want to knock my daughter up, it's okay with me."

Very strange and uncomfortable words to come from your father-in-law I'm sure. All I can say is Dan is a brave man to put up with it.

Well, on Christmas, my dad did it again.

Trista was talking about the flannel pajamas Dan got for her. Then my dad had to say to Dan, "You are buying her flannel pajamas?? No wonder I don't have grandkids! I can show you some store in the mall if you'd like."

Remember this was at Christmas dinner. Poor Dan. Poor sweet Dan.
