Tracie, Just Tracie

Because I miss my friends who are now all over the country (and globe) I decided to follow the crowd and let you know what I am up to without overcrowding inboxes with mass emails (which no one likes anyway). This is nothing spectacular. It is just my thoughts on life and things I have been doing to keep myself busy and entertained.

The Mistery Baby Revealed

My cousin, Vinnie, and his wife had a baby 2 years ago. Needless to say the family was thrilled to hear that Vinnie and Diana were coming out for Thanksgiving and we were finally going to see the child. Okay, a couple days later, but they were coming.
The story became very funny when we learned over dinner that no one in the family has seen the little guy yet! We started referrring to him as the 'mystery baby'.
To make it even more funny, Vinnie has been married for about 5 or 6 years, and I have never met or even seen his wife! Turns out that is not suprising because she has a tendency to hide from people. When my aunt went out to visit, Diana ended up locking herself in her bedroom so that she didn't have to interact with anyone.
So anyway, yesterday, Vinnie and my uncle Vince came down to my Grandmom's house and brought Vinnie's son, Little Vinnie and Brandi's twin daughters, Shelby and Caitlin.
They were adorable! I've seen Brandi's girls before but never Vinnie's kid. They were just too cute! Little Vinnie is a BIG 2 year old and SOLID as anything. I really wish I had taken pictures, but for some reason my camera was at work.
The little boy was as big, if not bigger than his 3 year old cousins. Vinnie told us that on Thanksgiving little Vinnie picked up his brother's-in-law 22" TV and threw it across the room! He's a strong little guy.
You should have seen him playing with the pots and wooden spoons my grandmom brought out. Of course, all 3 kids were banging away but little Vinnie managed to break 3 wooden spoons and 1 plastic one in the process. The little girls were trying to avoid him but he kept trying to get closer to them. It was really really cute!
The kid is at home with his mom all day and doesn't get to be with other little kids much so he was in HEAVEN playing with his cousins whom he had never met before. It was so much fun to watch them interact too!
