My dear friend, Val, gave this link to me. It is about a woman's struggle with Lupus, a nuerologic disease that is very similar to MS. I loved the description so much I thouht I should make an actual post for it. The way she describes living with Lupus is how I often feel while I am living with MS.

I may not have to worry about fevers or bruises caused by my disease but I do relate to the rest of it. My problem is that I do not listen to my body enough. I do sometimes but I still would rather go out with firends for an evening and not walk than stay in an walk.

Sometimes I make the healthier decision but not always.
