Tired
I have been so indescribably tired all week long!
I went to the gym on Tuesday and it did not help how I was feeling. Yesterday I was so tired I did not go to the gym an opted to get some rest instead. I'm afraid of a relapse so I didn't want to overexert myself. I'm glad because I am just as tired today. I think I should not go lift today either.
I hate not lifting or exercising but sometimes not working out is the best option for me. I hope at least. I'd rather not work out and walk then work out and take Abel along.
There have got to be other ways to lose weight! I have changed my diet COMPLETELY and lost 4 pounds but I want to change my body shape too. I don't want just a smaller version of the body I have. I want some muscle definition in there!
It'll come. I just have to remind myself that it is okay to not go to the gym everytime I want to go. Right?

That is recovery for each muscle group. I lift every other day and do only cardio on the days I don't lift.
