I'm Not so Sure Anymore

Well, Paul told me he wanted to get together this Friday but he has somethig to do with some people he used to work with at 10:30 (someone is moving away so it's a goodbye party for after they all finish their shift). Anyway, he wanted to get together before hand.

So, I did not make plans because he said he wanted to do something but by Thursday (last night) I still did not hear from him with what he wanted to do so I text messaged him to ask what the plans were nad he responded, a few hours later, that he had a thing at 10:30.

Did he forget that he wanted to get together already when just the day before (Wednesday)he asked if I still wanted to get together before hand? And, why didn't he finalize plans with me then instead of it being Thursday night causing me to still wonder what was going on?

Maybe I just should not have rearranged my schedule so that I could meet up with him. I should have made my own plans unless something was set in stone. But, at the same time, I wanted to be sure I was available to get together with him because his weekend schedules are so busy with his second job and all.

Did I do anything wrong?

I hate this part of dating. The newness is so incredibly frustrating!!! It makes me want to scream and cry at the same time.

I really like him but I do not like being treated this way.
