Because I miss my friends who are now all over the country (and globe) I decided to follow the crowd and let you know what I am up to without overcrowding inboxes with mass emails (which no one likes anyway). This is nothing spectacular. It is just my thoughts on life and things I have been doing to keep myself busy and entertained.

Work Update

Today I was driving to register with Randstad. I tried to merge into the next lane and the car SPED up and pushed me out even though I was half way there! I forgot how terribly mean the drivers are here. DO NOT take Chicago drivers for granted. For a big city they are the NICEST you will encounter.

Anyway, I registered with Randstad today and will start a 10 day assignment tomorrow afternoon. It will be four hours tomorrow and Thursday and all of Friday and 40 hours next week. It's something for a while.

    Come on Chris! Chicago drivers at least let you in the lane. They won't slow down but they don't speed up like they do out here!
