My Bar

It should come as no surprise to you that I have fallen in love with singing karaoke.

My first experience was at a bowling alley in Buffalo Grove. And what did I sing you ask? Madonna's "Open Your Heart" That was June, 2003 and I have not stopped since.

I now go out to sing 3-4 nights a week. I tell people that my weekends start on Thursday.

My usual place is a COMPLETE dive bar in Schaumburg called "The Sponge Reef. I now refer to that as "my bar". I know everyone there, my friends are there, the bar tender is Elizabeth Shue's FIRST COUSIN, there's a wide variety of people and I can sing all night long!
